By purchasing, downloading, or using Smart Result Maker, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License Grant and Usage
- Lifetime License: Upon completing your one-time payment, you are granted a lifetime license to use Smart Result Maker for your school or institute.
- Single-Machine Activation: The software license is intended for activation on a designated machine, unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, resell, or distribute the software or your activation key to unauthorized third parties.
2. Software Delivery
Smart Result Maker is a digital product. Upon successful payment, the download link and activation instructions will be instantly delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
3. User Responsibilities
Because Smart Result Maker operates offline, you are solely responsible for:
- Regularly backing up your student data and generated results.
- Ensuring your local computer meets the necessary system requirements to run the software.
- Complying with any local data protection laws regarding the student information you manage.
4. Limitation of Liability
Smart Edu System is not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or operational disruptions on your local machine. The software is provided “as is,” and it is the user’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the generated gazettes and result cards before official distribution.
