Smart Edu System provides digital educational management tools, including but not limited to School Management Systems, Smart Paper Generators, educational resources, billing systems, Madaris-specialized software, and custom mobile/web development.
3. Software Licensing and Usage
- Activation and Access: Access to our premium software and applications requires a valid license. Software is authenticated via unique activation keys linked to your account.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, share, or distribute your software activation keys or our proprietary applications to unauthorized third parties.
- Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features within our software at any time to improve system performance or security.
4. Payments and Billing
- Currency and Gateways: All fees are quoted and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept payments through designated local mobile wallets (e.g., JazzCash) and bank transfers.
- Renewals and Subscriptions: Software licenses must be renewed according to your agreed billing cycle to maintain uninterrupted access.
- Refunds: All sales of digital products, software licenses, and customized development services are final unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
5. User Responsibilities
If you use our platform to manage student data or generate papers, you are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and ensuring you have the right to process your students’ information under applicable local laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Smart Edu System and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software, including data loss, hardware failure, or business interruptions.
